Dave reviews a Wash Post  article showing that people who are sedentary ten hours a day have a statistically higher chance of getting dementia, heart disease, and other illnesses.  The article refers to the JAMA source.

Speaking of illnesses, Del is recovering from what he calls a UVF- and Unknown Viral Fenomenon,  Dave reminds him the last word begins with a P as in phenomenon.

The Bucks gloat over their assertion in their June 29, 2021 episode that NFTs were all smoke and mirrors. Listen and weep, NFT holders. According to Business Insider, most are now worth zero.

The auction held by Buck guest Jean-Luc Montois in France has been a resounding success , garnering 5-6 times more than estimates. Congrats, J-L. Thanks for the info, Paul.

Bucks are troubled by the mixed signals our congress seems to be sending to our allies, particularly with respect to funding Ukraine.  Long live Ukraine!
